Eng. Moslem Fadaei, M.S. Degree of  Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of technology ,started his activities in June 2006. Generally ,the general policy of company in the first instant was releasing from the financial crisis and subsequently giving varieties to ;the products and also expansion of research and development activities. Promoting the management in the various sections of company including assets, manpower, production ,sale & marketing and expansion of transactions with the environment outside the company caused to changes and the company was able to achieve considerable increase in its profit by improvement the quality and presenting more than ten new products in the local and overseas markets in addition to receiving certificate of goods standards from Institute of Standard and Industrial Research of Iran .The future plans is using state of art technology of machinery of production line and presenting the most modern products to the market.

2- History

Sanate Choube Shomal Company (Neopan Gonbad) located in the city of Gonbad Kavoos,started its probation production in Nov. 1978 after installing and commissioning of machinery and its production was officially started in the beginning of March 1979. In the year 1991 which was the vital point of the company ,number of changes made in the various levels of the company and studies were carried out to find the week and strength points.In general, the procedure of completion and development started. During this period the company was succeeded to buy Karun Particleboard company located in the southwest region of the country on the basis of 100% from the annual profit and increased in its complex. In addition to these activities due to high potential of manpower in the technical ,engineering and production units,Sanate Choube Shomal was able to assist other co-group units in the field of installation ,commissioning and promotion of machinery and among them installation and commissioning of Khalkhal particleboard company is pointed out.

3- Market

Emerging of new factories, increase in the ratio of import and admission of competitive products of particleboard, the management of company tried to maintain its market share, therefore supply of new products in various sized with lamination capability, was also the main programs of the management.

4- Events

Increase in the quality of product ,development of number of specialized manpower, commissioning of production lines of various companies,accessibility to certificate of Iranian standard,being pioneer in export and cooperation with universities and scientific institutions are the important successes of Sanate Choube Shomal.

5- Products

The only and biggest producers of particleboard with a width of 1.83 m and thickness of 16 mm in different lengths of 1.22,1.83,2.20,2.44,2.55,2.75,3.05,3.07,3.50,3.66,4.20 with capability of melamine lamination.Other thickness and dimension are produced as per order.

6- Recent Achievement and Promotion

Receiving quality award, various certificates like nationwide outstanding exporter and outstanding production unit from the respected heads of State Messrs. Hashemi Rafsanjani and Khatami,outstanding productive and energetic unit of Mostazafan Foundations,certificate of quality management based on ISO 9002 standard,National Standard of Iran and number of other issues are the honors of company during the recent years.

Sanate Choube Shomal Company with more than 30 years of its active attendance in the market under the name of Neopan Gonbad, is the well known name for the parties active in wood industry.
